This website is operated by Ellavelle ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

Products and images
We make every effort to display our products accurately. Product photos, including lifestyle images, are for illustration; actual colors, size and appearance may vary slightly. All descriptions, specifications and prices are subject to change without notice.
Pricing and promotions
- Prices are shown in the store currency and may change at any time. Discounts, bundle pricing and promotions apply only during the stated period and while supplies last.
- Free gifts are offered while supplies last, have no cash value, and may be replaced with an item of equal or greater value.
- Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that show signs of fraud, and to limit quantities per person, household or order. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
